Question for all the commercial experts
Got a prospect who owns two houses that are being used for assisted living for patients with mental disabilities. He is in the process of buying the company but as of now doesn’t own it. He tells me that the original owner of the company let the GL policy lapse, so he is wanting or looking for some type of coverage that would cover him in case the worst happens.
