Need some guidance on appetitie in GA. I have a client who just bought a building around $1.4 million for a new assisted living home. 24 person capacity. This is his only assisted living facility right now; however, he has owned a home health co. (no skilled nursing or meds) for 12 years now.
Don't want to refer or lose the business as he is very keen on having one agency & is a very large account for me.
Where can I place this? PLS HELP
