In Colorado:
Does anyone know where I can place a policy for a client that has a shed on some acreage of vacant land? The shed is valued at approximately $16,000 and it's got some personal property in it. It's currently being non renewed by American Modern due to wildfire concern.
The client is with Safeco on their primary and we are unable to extend any coverage from that policy for the shed.
