I have child care provider in CA being non-renewed by Progressive on their auto (passenger vans that transport children) as Progressive is no longer writing this class in CA. Five vehicles. They have a seating capacity of 10 and so BHHC is requiring commercial DL's which none of the drivers have. I can think of Rivington and Nico as the only other options. Am I missing anyone that is accessible by a wholesaler?
