Hello fellow Soupers! I have an Assisted Living Facility in VA I’ve been insuring for about 4 years now through AllRisks. They non-renewed due them no longer writing this type of business (nothing to do with insured - no losses). I got a quote but premium jumped from $6300/Year to $9k/year.
Anyone know of any other carrier that will write this?? THANK YOU!
