What kind of insurance should be recommended for a gym owner that uses unpaid interns from a local college in addition to his personal training staff which is paid 1099. I'm asking because one of the interns injured himself while on the job and the general liability policy won't provide a defense for the insured in the event a lawsuit is filed by the intern.
