1980 mobile home in Kissimmee, FL with a new roof is being non-renewed by Foremost due to a 2024 roof claim. I've tried private and E&S markets with no luck. Client has a loan, so Dwelling must be RCV. I have the Dec page, and he prefers a Spanish-speaking agent. Any carrier suggestions or anyone open to taking the referral?
