CA manufactured home question. Had a customer with American Modern that canceled (his fault) and then they went on moratorium so I couldn't rewrite. I came on here last year and the consensus was CFP with Aegis DIC due to lack of options and that's what we did. It's renewal time and want to be sure I do right by him. Renewal is about $2K for both. I got KW Specialty since last year and they are $4,600 which is obviously a shock.
