Does anyone know where I can place a 10 acre property. No livestock. The problem is that the property has a mobile home on the property that is valued at $0. Doesn't need coverage. However, there are 3 carport strutures valued at $12,000. So the lender only needs $12,000 and the liability. Every carrier so far pulls the mobile home data and rates it off of that. Which would be ok, but they dont need it cocered and it won't pass inspec
