Had a law firm email contact me Monday to start a claim. It was a 3 car accident. We insured the middle car (commercial GL auto dealers policy, driver is subcontractor). Lawyer was seeking third party damages. We got police report, photos of incident, claim doc filled out. Then we called our insured (auto dealer owner). Told them about the lawyer email, explained what they wanted, and recommended the best plan of action.
