Attn: State Farm Agents. I have a client who owns a building that is occupied by a Daycare (Lessors Risk). He is not associated with the day care. He just leases the building to them. Can State Farm insure a Lessor's Risk occupied by a day care in Arkansas? I only have options in the E&S markets. Are there other admitted carriers that can insure a lessors risk occupied by a Daycare?
