Anybody have recommendations for a company who will insure a dwelling/landlord policy with a small hair salon being operated in detached structure on property.
Sons purchasing his parents home but they will continue to live there as tenants and mom currently operates a small hair salon on premise. Can’t find placement with my carriers on the personal lines side wondering if there might be a commercial option to look at? Looking for suggestions! Thx!
