The class has three serious specialty homes: Foremost, American Modern, and Aegis, each with a distinct lane.
The key sorting question is age and occupancy: Foremost accepts homes of any age; American Modern caps replacement cost at 30 years and wants 'fair condition or better'; Aegis runs a Vintage Program that takes pre-1976 (pre-HUD-code) homes with relaxed underwriting.
