What is the pathology behind the customer who wastes WEEKS of my time emailing me and demanding a good payer discount?I am ready to throat punch this woman. She thinks she deserves a good payer discount with travelers on her home which is mortgagee paid. Good analogy is: I want an A on my report card for someone else doing my work. Grrrrr!!!!
