Wanting some advice and here's the situation. Insured files a claim through the agent, whereas agent sent email to claim rep with the details the PH explained, gave insured contact name and number and told them to call insured for any other questions or concerns. Details- Named Insured pulls into a gas station, he's a newer driver, he thinks that he has enough room to squeeze in-between the two vehicles that were at opposite pumps.
