Update: my carrier is doing NOTHING to make this right. Since the OG policy was flat cancelled, they are refusing to investigate further. What should I do? Move on? My office does NOT purchase any internet leads. Someone named “ Dan from Everquote” sent my prospect, now customer, a direct link to bind a policy with my carrier but the information that was entered into the app was completely incorrect and borderline fraudulent.
