Travelers Billing Invoice Question

We have an insured who is mad he was never notified about the double payment situation for July. He said he hasn’t heard from Travelers with any copies of bills at all since his policy renewed in December. He wanted us to find a copy of it to send to him, but when we look at his account and others, we truly don’t see any invoices that are sent to insureds. The customers that are not showing invoices in our systems are all paperles
