Think I have a good one for the group , new construction - $2.1M build, insured with me. Customer had her window washer come through and clean the new build windows. All said and done there is about $140,000 in damage on the windows. Every single window and glass is scratched as the window washers did not do the correct job. Said window washers insurance company is telling me his policy excludes window washing…the name of the business
