Tattoo artist professional liability insurance in Illinois

I'm looking for suggestions for a friend of mine (actually, friend of a friend) who is a tattoo artist and is opening her own place. She apparently is having trouble (I'm guessing online) getting professional liability insurance. She is in Illinois (I am not licensed in Illinois). Anyone in Illinois work in this niche or have any suggestions? Hiscox was the carrier that denied her E&O.
