Alright, everyone, remember that post I dropped about the weekly call that Michael McCormick and I run? The open mic one we opened up to all of you for the summer? Well... it's TOMORROW. Quick refresher in case you missed it. Once a week we hop on a call with a group of agents and just... talk. Open mic. Somebody brings a problem they're stuck on. A stalled producer, a service mess, a marketing idea that won't land, trouble getting AI to actually work in their agency, whatever it is, and the whole room jumps in to help figure it out. Maybe it's even why posting trying to sell insurance to a group of insurance agents is poor audience selection... Whatever it is, we'll chat about it. No slides. No pitch. Just agents helping agents work through the stuff that actually matters. This is normally Collective Agency Council members only.
