So I'm starting to think it's me. I started the insurance business in 2009 at a call center. Within 2 months I could bind a home and auto policy within 7-10 minutes on a recorded line.
Fast forward to 2026... it took me over an hour to accept a payment yesterday, I did 3 quotes with 8 carriers through my aggregator that took about an hour each and couldn't be completed with multiple carriers due to system glitches.
I feel like technology didn't take a step back it fell of
