Responses needed
This seems to come up a lot lately, several times in recent weeks. An email was sent to one of our personal lines teammates at 11pm last night, that they are closing on a commercial building today at 10:30am and need insurance.
Obviously not seen or forwarded til 8 am, with a less than two hour window if I was to jump right in and have absolutely nothing else on fire right now.
