and Tips Support Group Jessica Long So my mom was visiting me this weekend and she happens to have a TENS unit. She had me try it on my feet on Saturday and yesterday was the first time in months that I've been pain free. Even today when I got up from bed my feet still hurt a bit when I wake up and put the initial weight on my feet but not as bad as it was on Friday morning. I know TENS units are good for pain relief and blood flow, but has anyone had any luck with it actually helping to completely cure your PF? I know my feet feel great RN but not sure if it's just because the TENS masked the pain or if it's actually helping to heal. Any experience with TENS units and PF is appreciated, thanks! Going to ask my Podiatrist about them too. See less
