I've worked for a small but very successful independent P&C agency for over 15 years. During the last 18 months, the agency owner's son—who is also an agent—has called me a "F"ing B-word twice. The first time, I convinced myself it was a one-time lapse, a bad day, and tried to move on. The second time happened on Thursday, and I'm having a much harder time getting past it.
