Please tell me if I am thinking incorrectly. Give me some wisdom. Company A is a landscaping company. In preparation to perform some work on a clients yard, they unload a bunch of rocks into the street in front of clients home. They tarp it, and put bright orange cones around the pile of rock. The pile takes up less space than a car parked on the side of the road. The weather changes, rain, thunderstorms, etc. Company A decides to have their crew wait it out.
