Ok, I am trying not panic....I am an Independent Agency that is just starting and I am with Smart Choice and First Connect. With Smart Choice, I have to use EZLynx as my rater. I am going through the training and trying to run quotes and I find out that it does not automatically pull the customers' past insurance up or vehicle information.
