National General’s Agent Website.
Is it just me or is NatGen’s agency site getting worse by the day. The site is constantly going down, not letting us print documents, or now not letting us take payments. When everything is functioning correctly it is one of the most user friendly sites out there but it never seems to be working the way it should anymore. My friends in the business all say it is because of the Allstate takeover and that they are destroying NatGen. What do you all think?
