Morning insurance gurus! Commercial HAB risk in Philly.
Most of my carriers all have exclusions for sexual abuse/molestation, assault and battery, firearm liability, animal liability/animal attacks.
Freddie Mac revised their loan terms and now require NO exclusions for any of that. Lender told me State Farm, Travelers and Chubb don't exclude that and I find that really hard to believe. … See more
