Just had a long time elderly client tell me to my face… Increased fire risk is made up. It’s an excuse for her carrier to charge more money. She lives in a county in Northern Idaho that just failed their fire levy last year… She told me to my face, fire risk is made up. Her responding station went from fully manned to volunteer only.
