I’m needing help! We have an exterior entry hotel in TN up for renewal. They are currently with Travelers who is moving to a 2% wind/hail deductible. We are looking for another market but of course no one wants to write exterior entry hotels.
Also worth noting that they have a $50k claim in 2019 on the roof, but it has been replaced.
Any ideas on who could help?
