If someone licensed in Oregon would have a market for an LLC that leases (and owns a couple) single family homes but then uses them as furnished short term rentals for contract workers, traveling nurses etc. Let me know! The insured owns all of the furnishings, has about 5 properties they rent under the LLC and owns 2 of them. Very niche for my carriers
