If I could have reached through the phone today, I would have gone to jail! A Geico manager straight up told us they will not honor a quote. Period!
We called in last week due to system issues and had them quote an additional vehicle and a youthful driver. Make the changes after the customer buys the vehicle, and it is now $300 more than it was last Friday. We have proof of the quote, and it does not matter.
Geico is the lowest of the low IMO.— feeling crazy.
