I'd like to know how you schedule your day so you don't get lost in the chaos. Lately between requoting, changes, my never ending activity list, while trying to still sell I am struggling and trying to find the best balance to the day. I'm one of the couple brokers who are in the office everyday so I get a lot of walk-ins to assist on-top of calls and emails. I'm normally not one to let chaos win, but I'm losing lately.
