These coupons are a statement from a customer that we, your FA’s, made a positive impact on you. When I get one, I’m so grateful. Please don’t let it matter what happens from there. The fact that someone thought enough to give me one makes my day.
(FA here) we dont "get" anything for them but personally i love when i receive these from passengers bc it lets me know that i am making their experience a great one and i love that feeling!
