I recently started with SF... I recently returned to State Farm as a producer for a captive agent, having previously worked for the company about a decade ago. I came in with high expectations for production and commissions, but I’ve found the office environment to be completely stagnant. The principal agent is away indefinitely, making the role feel more like a babysitting job than a genuine growth opportunity especially when factoring in the recent corporate changes.
