I need some advice! I currently hold P&C licenses in all 50 states...

I need some advice! I currently hold P&C licenses in all 50 states through the major company I work for. I would like to step away and carry them on my own. I would like to add on Life and possibly health as well. Has anyone stepped away from a third party company and taken control of their licenses and added to them? How do you manage all 50 states renewals? How do you go about adding on new lines? Any advice is appreciated!
