I know this is a lost cause at this point, but the UW requirements are getting RIDICULOUS. Writing a small apartment complex built in 1985 in NM. I get why they want proof of a full roof replacement and HVAC and Maintence records for fire alarms .… but they also want proof plumbing/ electrical have been fully replaced? as if PVC somehow goes bad after 40 years? UW said I could provide proof of rutiene Maintence. Ummm, the wiring is IN
