I have a pool builder client that damaged a clients sewer line in the process of digging a new pool for them and the toilets within the house overflowed and caused $27k of damage to the floors in the house. In our pool builder's client service contract, they state they are not liable for any "sewer, water, internet, etc underground cables". Is there an exclusion for the "contractual liability" in this scenario that our pool builder could use?
