I have a Medicare prospect who was recently diagnosed with ALS....

I have a Medicare prospect who was recently diagnosed with ALS. Thankfully he bought LTC insurance 20 yrs ago, but he only has about a $600k benefit. I have no idea the life expectancy upon diagnosis, or how much care he is going to need going forward. Does $600k seem sufficient??
