I have a google review question. Our agency has been open for 5 years and just received our first 1 star review and we are currently near 200 reviews. So we went from 5.0 to 4.9 while I know that’s not bad, it still sucks and just wanted to see if we continue getting 5 stars will the 5.0 ever come back or has anyone had experience with this?
