I have a customer switching from Progressive after adding a 16-year-old driver caused their rates to skyrocket.
While shopping their insurance, we noticed what appears to be an inaccurate accident on their CLUE report from when they were insured with Progressive.
I have two questions:
Is the CLUE report actually inaccurate? My client was driving on the freeway when a loose tire from oncoming traffic struck their vehicle. The other vehicle didn't stop. There wasn't a collision
