I have a client that is moving to Slovakia next month with his spouse...

I have a client that is moving to Slovakia next month with his spouse and kids. His spouse and kids have dual citizenship and will be eligible for health benefits in Slovakia. He should be able to get the country's health benefits as well but it may take longer. They are looking for some type of coverage that will cover them on their date of travel and until their benefits start in Slovakia but he also wants them to have US coverage
