I cannot imagine how many policies Travelers has lost due to this...

I cannot imagine how many policies Travelers has lost due to this botched systems upgrade. I am a fairly small agent and even I have re-written 5 policies in last week and a half due to clients calling in upset or just now curious if we can find a better price. I cannot think of an instance where a carrier has shot themselves in the foot like this so badly.
