Hypothetical situation here for the group. This is potentially happening to a family member and I'm not as well versed in home insurance as I once was. Family member hires an unlicensed landscaping company to clear out the back of their property. Turns out it is conservation land, and they are potentially facing tens of thousands in fines and even moreso to restore the land. Is there any coverage on the home owners policy for such a situation.
