Comment bunion surgery / foot surgery support group Alison Roberts Being nwb for 7 weeks in plaster has made me really appreciate the simple things in life. Like just being able to enjoy a walk outside. I’m walking now about 4000 steps a day albeit slowly but I savour that freedom. Driving, freedom to go where you wish. Being able to do all your ADLs as and when you want. Cooking a lovely meal and just feeling grateful for life. Hubby has booked a cruise for 2027 as it will be our 40th wedding
Talk and Tips Support Group April Alcantara This was how I triggered my PF. On my 50th birthday I wanted a commemorative photo. And what a rude reminder this became! I must have jumped 7 times before my husband could get a good angle. The next day I could not walk as I had acute achilles tendonitis. Eventually I got PF which I am still dealing with. And with my recent history of hip bursitis, piriformis syndrome, and ITB maybe I should have taken the hint. I used to be athletic! Hope this photo makes someone laug
of Airbnb Automated Ponce Sergio Looking for PMS Recommendations (OwnerRez, Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway, etc.) I’m evaluating several PMS platforms and would love feedback from hosts who are actively using them. My top priorities are: Security deposit holds (not just collecting deposits) ID verification before check-in Digital rental agreements / lease signing Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking integration Automated messaging and workflows Reliable customer support User-friendly interface I’m currently comparing: * OwnerRez * Hospitable * Guesty * Hostaway * Hostfully * Lodgify * Smoobu * iGMS * Uplisting * Zeevou For those using any of these: 1. Which PMS are you using? 2. What are you paying monthly? 3. How user-friendly is it? 4. Does it support security deposit holds, rental agreements, and ID verification natively or through integrations? 5. What are the biggest pros and cons? 6. If you switched from another PMS, what made you switch? I’m especially interested in real-world experiences rather than sales pitches. Thanks in advance!
