Good morning all My Safeco.... erm, Liberty Mutual rep is kind of dodging my question so I figured I'd bring it to the everyone. There's a book of business with them that is Gold, and I want to bring the service back in-house. Let's say a customer calls Safeco for a policy change and the agency is NOT a Gold agency.
