My Safeco.... erm, Liberty Mutual rep is kind of dodging my question so I figured I'd bring it to the everyone.
There's a book of business with them that is Gold, and I want to bring the service back in-house. Let's say a customer calls Safeco for a policy change and the agency is NOT a Gold agency. Does Safeco refer this back to the agent, or will they process the change for the customer? (Assume during normal bu
