Good afternoon everyone. Trying to insure a 24-unit apartment in Lockhart TX. 8 buildings with 3 units on each one. Roof and HVAC are 3 years old. Built in 1972 but the complex is well maintained. Fully occupied. New purchase and my investors have over 20 years experience. Guard was coming in at about $48k. Hartford, LM, AmTrust, Travelers all declined. Any other companies out there that anybody can recommend? TIA
