For my Colorado peeps out there: have you ever heard of USAA writing a log home (possible d-log frame style) in Westcliffe (aka high wildfire zone)? Currently being NR by American Modern due to their new wildfire guidelines/revision and my next option was surplus for 3x what they were currently paying?
