the only market that would have direct access to this is bhhc -direct appointment, everything is MGAs. Nico would concider this, I use Gorst&compass, or amwins. Sometimes if clean everything Rocklake has a great online quoting system.
Why was progressive a no? They kill it on that class of business. Claims or DOT issues?
