Does Progressive Direct not run reports when quoting and binding new policies? Have a long time client with multiple AFA in last 36 months, 3 tow claims with 36 months and in addition a water claim on condo policy within 36 months that called Progressive Direct and was quoted and given a much better price that the Liberty Mutual/Safeco renewal.
